Terms of Service - Simple Clean

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Simple Clean ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or install the Application.

2. License and Permitted Use

Pennywort & Potato grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws for personal, non-commercial storage maintenance purposes on Android compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

3. File Operations & User Responsibility

Important Notice on Deletion Operations: Simple Clean provides file scanning and cleanup tools (junk cleaner, duplicate detection, social media cache cleaner). While Simple Clean employs conservative default selections to safeguard your documents and personal media, all deletion operations executed by the user are permanent. You are solely responsible for reviewing the items selected for deletion prior to confirming any cleanup action.

We strongly advise maintaining independent backups of important files, photos, and documents prior to performing bulk storage cleanup operations on any device.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its user interface, algorithms, graphic assets, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Pennywort & Potato and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PENNYWORT & POTATO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

7. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling and deleting the Application from your device. Pennywort & Potato reserves the right to modify or discontinue support for the Application at any time.

8. Governing Law and Contact
